Frequently Asked Questions
-
Why don’t you take my insurance or any HMO’s?
We are not contracted with them because their reimbursement rates are too low to cover our own costs.
-
What do they do during the evaluation?
The therapist will evaluate your condition to determine the best treatment plan for your recovery, while considering your doctor’s orders and requests. During the visit, the therapist may carry out tests and ask you to perform exercises to assess your condition. -
What should I wear to the appointments?
Gym attire and anything that will help the therapist better assess the area you are being seen for. For example: if you are being treated for your knee, please wear shorts. -
How long will I need to be in therapy?
This depends on what your doctor, work comp carrier, and on what insurance allows. If you are doing self pay, the therapist does take into consideration that costs will be coming from your own pocket and thus will do their best to adjust their treatment plan to a schedule that is most financially reasonable for the patient. - Does your facility have a pool?
No.
