Getting Started
We require a referral from your primary physician, gynecologist or urologist for women’s or men's health specialty care. Please talk to your doctor about the benefits of physical therapy treatment and your need for such care.
Once you have a referral you will receive a one-on-one evaluation and subsequent treatment individualized specifically for you, all by a licensed physical therapist.

Rachel Worman, DPT
Rachel started the first men and women’s health program at Folsom Physical Therapy, recently renamed to Pelvic Girdle Dysfunction Program. She received specialty training in this area, in addition to preceptorships (personalized onsite training) from a team of local gynecologists and urologists.
